    Biggest. 100-0. Evah!

Newcastle under Keegan (2nd time around).

    Played 6; Won 0; Drawn 1; Lost 5.

    Scored 3; Conceded 16.

    Oh dear...

    Bring back Allardyce...?
Is it me, or is MOBIUS a horrible person?

If you weren't a CG poster, you could have gotten away with that...

I'm sure if Arsenal had just beat Chelsea in a Wembley final the fans and players wouldn't be making any noise. Actually that sounds about right for Arsenal, it wasn't called "Highbury the Library" for nothing.

You should be congratulating any team for playing attractive attacking football in a Wembley final, and for breaking the "top 4" monopoly on silverware and actually making things interesting again.

                Bitter? You misspelt 'joshing'.

Anyway, didn't Boro win the beer cup the other year?

2004 I think they won it. It's good for competition, shows it can be done. Especially that Spurs beat a "big 4" team in the final too.

I'm loving all the "we would have won if..." responses from Chelsea fans, and if my auntie had bollocks...

Yep, it's good for a small club to win a competition.

I agree, that's why West Ham obliged by getting knocked out earlier on...

It must be humiliating for Arsenal to get hammered 5-1 by a "small" club then.

Yeah it brought back memories of the Swindon and Wrexham cup defeats.

Talking of defeats, Newcastle lost again.

Only 3 points above the relegation zone...

Looks like Derby, Fulham and any one of the clubs from Middlesborough down will drop.
Never give an AI an even break.

At least Keegan kept his promise of bringing back attractive attacking football to St. James Park... unfortunately only for the away team.
