Romo's been in the league 5 years now. He's had 2 shots and gakked in the first game both times. I understand he hasn't been a starter for long, but his playoff performances have been less than sterling both times. So yes, his rep is "developing."

Forget the 5 years stuff, last year was the first he threw a pass in a game!

And what standard is used when evaluating a player on 2 performances? Small sample size people! And people forget that Romo actually had a decent, efficient game last year against the Seahawks.. he just botched the snap at the end. Bad luck more than anything.
