No. It is to be interpreted with reasonable (default) drafting strategy. IE, if a guy has four RBs, and the true BAPAY is a RB, we're not giving him a fifth.

The point isn't to penalize anyone. It's to keep the draft moving along. We give a player who would be a reasonable pick, by a reasonable, clear definition we can all agree on.

For example, I wouldn't give Keyshawn Johnson to anyone no matter what his yahoo ranking, since he's retired.

Call me crazy, I'm a big fan of written rules. Disputes suck. Having not played here in a couple years, I'm trying to get a feel for how this works.

Do you BAPAY via Yahoo Projected or Yahoo Actual? Would you really give a backup before starting positions are filled (other than K; guess that's reasonable)? If its WR4 vs TE2, what happens? If the missing manager comes back and hates the BAPAY, can it be changed?
