I say we go w/ an eight man league, and tweak the roster requirements, e.g. go w/ an extra flex starter (RB/WR) or IDP.Comment

How about a few IDPs instead of just 1? 3 worked well last year...
If it's just 1, it won't be much of a value position...
Make it an 18 round draft:
1 QB
2 RB
2 WR
1 RB/WR
1 TE
1 K
3 IDP
7 bench [typically at least 1 qb 2 rb/wr 1 idp and 3 whatever]<Reverend> IRC is just multiplayer notepad.
