What's stopping your businessmen from doing the same?
Or are you saying the Americans are more savvy than you?“I give you a new commandment, that you love one another. Just as I have loved you, you also should love one another. By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”
- John 13:34-35 (NRSV)

To get back to the OP: Onyewu is returning to Standard Liege. Cort:
Thanks for an enlightening post. I've followed Arsenal for years, but my knowledge is minimal, and my insight limited to that of Myles Palmer in ANR, who appears to have his own set of issues.
Three questions:
1. What would the "moaners" team look like in two or three years time? Swap Henry for Eto? Add Ribery? Who to add on defense? Others?
2. What would the "ostrich" team look like in two or three years time?
Akinfeev
Hoyte(?) Toure ???? Clichy
Rosicky Fabregas Silva(C) Ribery
RvP Walcott
+ Adbeyor, Bendtner, Denilson (?), others?
3. Could either team be expected to win the Premiership or the Champions League?Old posters never die.
