rules changed in my league as well.

now we must only move the puck forward and cant use our sticks for trick stuff. ughhhhhhhhhhh

The penalty kill in that league would chew through players quickly.

They might as well put the net up against the glass. Otherwise, once the puck goes behind the net, the attacking team can't do anything.
