The sad fact is most of those babies are going to be born to the poorest people on Earth and then they're going to not be able to adequately feed, cloth, house, or educate those children. Maybe poor people shouldn't have children until they can actually take care of them.

Oh, and, yes, I give money to charity and the taxes I pay help all sorts of people plus I've already done my public service time unlike most people.

In fact, I'd say virtually all Americans give more money to charity then just about anyone. They prefer to give it themselves to groups or institutions of their choosing instead of letting the government decide but never the less we give tons.

Why do they need to be married in the US? If they love each other, and want to spend their lives together, what difference is it that it be in the US... Unless it's all only about a green card... Is that really all you care about? You seem to make it sound like all the help won't be "paid back" unless there is a US green card or citizenship involved.
