It wasn't so much the building of homes which is exploitative but the abusing of the sexual exploitation of the impoverished native inhabitants which is so exploitive. Being a loser who can't get a woman in his own country so he tries to go to an impoverished 3rd world country where he can use his relative wealth to try to barter for poon. That's exploitation as surely as if I was attempting to economically exploit their labor even if they want to be exploited out of hopes that such exploitation would result in economic gain for their families. It's still exploitation and so immoral; twice so for being sexual exploitation.

But again you lie, otherwise you wouldn't be trying to bask in some kind of reflected glory by bringing it up again and again. That is your return, and you know that well enough - which is basically what makes you such a creep...

All these pretend do-gooding things are just a means to an end to you - ulterior motives.

As for my not contributing, frankly IIRC I didn't like Oerdin much before he went to Iraq, so why would I? Especially when I didn't agree with the war. Still, at least Iraq opened Oerdin's eyes...

As for your houses, I'm not that gullible thanks.

I do enough stuff 'giving back' within my own interests without having to blow my own trumpet from the rooftops, thank you very much. So I feel more than satisfied that I am a decent and good person by that benchmark.

It's based on an accumulation of knowledge gained over the past number of years. Individually, I don't think those of us that harboured doubts about him really wanted to tackle our suspicions head on - it was only Lancer's vicious attempted character assassination of Aeson that brought things to a head and things started falling into place...

I make a mistake, I admit to it. I went too far in once aspect of Lancer's life and I hold my hands up to it.
