The rules, presumably, are posted for a reason namely so that people do not violate them. I have never violated them. What is the major dysfunction that prevents you from understand that when people haven't violated the rules, not even close, it's not just to punish them?

if you failed to read the rules properly you might not know that the rules admit they can't cover everything so the admins can do what they want when they feel its necessary. now thats a rule i can get behind.

i imagine that noone at wpc expected they would need a rule to cover posting on other sites that you were going to disrupt wpc. usually trolls don't give themselves away ahead of time.
