Somehow I'm not banned even though my username and avatar are deliberately provocative. I don't think Asher was any worse in his behavior than I was. I call this an anti-Asher bias.

It's a good question because no admin from WPC is answering PMs on the topic and the excuse given to me was I was trolling. I was trolling so much it was worth a 3 month ban, apparently. Quite inexplicable.

Well I brought the issue up publicly over there. In all likelihood my post will be deleted and account banned, but that would just prove what a bunch of cowards they are.

It would be better if they were upfront about this. Quite the opposite, they repeatedly claimed everyone there gets a "clean slate". It's clear to me that their plan was to lie and deceive and hope I stopped posting on my own. When I kept posting normal comments and a bunch of the regulars there were still venting about it (and probably PMing the mods...), they just gave up and banned me with no pretense of being reasonable.
I don't see why Dale had his permaban lifted here if they won't reciprocate on their site.

What happened is, to be honest, exactly what I expected. It was exactly the point.
I'd grown tired of VJ's promotion of WPC as a mature place where mature, reasoned discussion takes place. I'd grown tired of Solver's superficial insistence that everyone was welcome there.
It didn't take long to publicly disprove both claims.
