So the argument as it stands is no argument at all then? All I get in response to concurrent resolution of the 10th amendment is...that you all think I am an idiot and have nothing left in your arsenal?

Come on, seriously, do you honestly believe I will cower and run away because of some name calling? I have gotten worse by far more threatening people. And I do believe that when it comes to defending lies usually slander is involved. So I applaud the effort to oust the standing that I have, but fail and fail. As it stands, and I am not a single voice on this, the government has usurped power from the people and has neglected the laws they are sworn to uphold. If the government was doing its job then the state of Arizona would not have to find ways of its own to protect their sovereign borders. If, with all honesty, any of you really gave a **** about ILLEGAL aliens invading, yea invading, our borders then you would be giving some sort of argument to say the Gov is doing something. Obama wants to put NG volunteers on the border...to stop the flow of drugs, not illegals...not exactly really working to secure the borders. Latin leaders are trying to have illegals boycott the census, Gov does nothing. Really...am I getting through? Gov=made by the people not the other way around, Gov= supposed to ensure laws are followed....um illegals are here and they are doing not really a damn thing about it. Gov= usurping power...you all could care less. Liberal politicians must absolutely love all you sheeple.

CONCURRENT RESOLUTION

Oh yea, thats right I forgot that sometime after the forming of the federal government by the states that the role reversed. So that the federal government has the right to do things IT believes is right contrary to the "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people" thing. Can someone give me an educated answer here of when the federal government, when where and by who, was granted legal right to do things outside of its granted powers? What I have quoted, kind of just a little bit, basically has said that as the government was made BY the people that it cannot dictate TO the people what it can and cannot do. But rather the PEOPLE dictate to the federal government what IT can and cannot do. Did I miss a revolution or something? Seriously, educated answer not horse ****.
