ICE sure was covered by the media so much different when Obama was president. Liberals have been conditioned completely by the left wing media. It's not about ICE now, it's about Trump and TDS. I am sure next month will bring a new tantrum for the left. ICE outrage will just melt away.

The media coverage difference is due to the actions of ICE being different, and Trump's hateful rhetoric. Even right wing outlets have dramatically different coverage now because the situation is dramatically different.
ICE wasn't masked up going door to door, trying to circumvent the constitution, detaining or shooting American citizens back then. They didn't have hundreds of billions of extra $. Obama wasn't up on a podium demonizing immigrants, promising to get rid of birthright citizenship, arguing that Federal agents have immunity from state laws, or speculating on sending citizens to foreign prisons.
Citizens weren't protesting ICE much either, so there wasn't much of a story.
It's an entirely different situation and so the coverage is going to be different.

ICE tear gassing and throwing flash bangs under a car with kids in it, including a 6 mo old that stopped breathing. Then shot a man (presumably the father).
Shot a 21 year old in the eye with a rubber bullet at a protest.
Caused a miscarriage when physically abusing a pregnant woman.
