It's Ukraine who doesn't pay death benefits, because they are beggars and have no money at all. Even those 6000 dead bodies we have returned (wich is a drop in the ocean put of their overall losses) if being paid to the relative would worth 6 000*360 000= 2 160 000 000 USD

Those beggars can't even pay for one percent of their losses and count all their dead as missing in action instead of killed in action.
