That's what you get fore concentrating your egg farms in super-factory farms
I am not delusional! Now if you'll excuse me, i'm gonna go dance with the purple wombat who's playing show-tunes in my coffee cup!
Rules are like Egg's. They're fun when thrown out the window!
Difference is irrelevant when dosage is higher than recommended!
Eggs at the Costco in Lenexa, Kansas, are going for about $6.50 per 18 eggs as of today. Limit 3 cartons. Still plenty there, haven't seen the lines reported elsewhere.
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.
Yesterday I saw eggs for the first time in about a month at Trader Joe's.
The 60 we got for 37 from Walmart and the 12 we got for 7 from some Hispanic store (which claimed better connections to suppliers, and seemed to demonstrate it) were all we could find for a couple of weeks (before that we got at Whole Foods one of 6 for 12 which was standard for that brand there)..
We eat a lot of eggs because I am mostly vegetarian (I have salmon or similar fish a few times a month, I started this last year, I think it will improve my health) and one of my daughters are allergic to dairy and peanuts. So eggs are usually a cheap, easy, and friendly to everyone protein.

We will probably go to Costco next week, but I don't think we need eggs yet (we bought some at Whole Foods after the Walmart / Hispanic store purchase). I expect to be back to buying 60 once or twice a month for 9-10 though.

When we bought at Walmart they hadn't had eggs at Whole Foods for over a week.
We normally buy 1-2 carton of 60 from Costco a month and then some 12 or 18 egg cartons from Whole Foods.
We eat a lot of eggs (but still less than 240 a month, which would be 2 per person per day).

Eggs seem to fluctuate between healthy and not healthy. I think they are currently healthy.
I will check out Just Eggs. We eat a lot of beans (lots of Dal, but also lots of Tex-Mex and bean curries and we keep trying to make baked beans part of our standard breakfast (not just eggs + toast)).

I have a local producer from megara that I buy it from
there is a laiki (meaning something like "popular (female)"
it is a big open market for vegetables and fish and other things that (can ) come straight from the producer. You're buying from the farmer. they are cheap and they are very healthy even in Greece where everything is a priori healthy
