Panama is actually about retribution for losing Trump Ocean Club Intl, a Trump-branded 70-story resort down there (now a Marriott). Lots of evidence of tax evasion and cartel money-laundering, and likely related to former Panamanian President Ricardo Martinelli being convicted of money-laundering. He has taken shelter inside the Nicaraguan embassy in Panama. But I think what Trump's really ticked off about was having his name removed from the building.
