  • Which Amendments should be ignored?

    1st and 2nd Amendment must be defended according to Trump and Musk. 14th can be ignored because, well foreigners having babies in the US is bad. Seems pretty clear cut:

    All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside

    Anyone know which amendments must be followed according to Trump, and which ones we should pretend don't exist?

      I checked a list of all amendments, and they all seem to be from the Biden era. Very suspicious.

      Also, it looks like there's a plot brewing within the Musk orbit to take guns away.

      I mean, why else would they want to drastically reduce government? One of the main arguments for them guns has been IIRC that they're needed in case the gov does something bad. So reducing the gov is surely aimed to make that reasoning irrelevant, since a much smaller gov isn't much of a threat.

      I read this on TikTok, because the MSM does not dare to cover the story

          I just realized that there's a hidden pro-immigrant agenda here.

          Obviously there are plans to accept only US citizens which are not born in the US.

            1st, 4th, 6th, 8th, 9th, 10th, 12th, 14th, 15th, 16th, 18th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, 24th, 25th, 26th, 27th

            All these amendments are unnecessary, either because you can get them using other amendments or because the mere fact of there being successive amendments implies their existence.

                    I see Bannon is asking the Supreme Court to rule it only applies to consecutive terms, so Trump can run in '28.

                          When Pres. Musk takes over they will change from a plate of pure gold to a bunch of bitcoin.

                          Also need a lot of AI/Robot-related amendments then. Esp. for armed robots in private hands.
