So MWHC supports genetic testing every individual involved in competitive sport.

        So much for small government.

Also, men who were assigned female at birth but who took puberty blockers and then underwent masculinizing hormone therapy would need to compete in women's leagues. I'm sure there would be no issue with that.

They would probably get banned from all sports for "doping"

For people who believe in only two genders (or sexes, I don't want to get caught up in terminology here), do they also dispute the concept of 'manly men vs effeminate men' or 'girly girls vs tomboy girls' . Just trying to understand if a spectrum is allowed on how much of a given gender you are, but you are not allowed to cross a specific line.

The problem with not wanting to get caught up in terminology is that this may render some of the stark contrasts between values and stances on these issues almost invisible. I would say that while I believe that there are only two sexes (anything outside of that in most species including humans being at least benignly pathological) I also see the gender spectrum as totally lacking any intrinsic relevance. IMHO its value and relevance should be regarded as purely sentimental. Hearing about "tomboys" and "effeminate men" has always annoyed me to the extent that it seems to suggest that these sex correlated cultural norms are desirable or even meaningful. I have always felt that a women who behaves as "tomboy" or a man who behaves in an "effeminate" manner can be every bit as sexy and 100% ideally male or female as if they were to totally conform to these expectations and norms. I am especially offended if someone were to suggest that this may be evidence that they are a different sex "inside" stuck in the "assigned at birth" sex on the outside. rubbish. If they believe such a thing I only want to hear that revelation from themselves personally.

So you take offense at trans people existing, and think they are rubbish? That's a great way to get them to talk to you.

you read that quickly didn't you? NO. I said I take offense at people speculating about that for other people based on "tomboy" or "effeminate" behaviors that they recognize in others. I certainly don't understand trans people but they need to be allowed to live in the way that works for them. I don't think people identifying as trans validates gender as a relevant concept or invalidates the 2 sex model of sex either.
