Someone who hates communists, Jews and Gays is surely (like any hater) a real arsehole who may or may not be a fascist or a member of almost any other ideology apart from communist (unless perhaps they claim to hate communists, jews, or gays as a means of deflection).

But let's assume your proposed litmus test is accurate somehow. Are you now saying Trump and other assorted US politicians aren't fascist? because hating all 3 is actually rare in US politics.
