    Greece: literacy rate - 99.3%
    Russia: literacy rate - 99.7%

    Greek higher education rate: 45.2%
    Russian higher education 54%
Now it's 8.8% in favor of Russia.

Ambulance free of charge in both countries.
Except that in Greece you need a local insurance.

    Medicine:

Russia free of charge for everyone and everything.

Greece: "Generally, expat residents and their families have access to free or low-cost public healthcare if they contribute to the Social Insurance Institute (IKA)".
Therefore I assume a high cost medicine is not free.

Education: though claimed to be free of charge, the average payment in Greece is 3200 Euro per year.

    Paid vacation:

    Greece: 20 days.
    Russia: 28 days

    Sick leave:
Russia: four month 100% paid after one year of service.

Greece: Employment for up to 4 years: one month of sick leave. Employment from 4 to 10 years: 3 months of sick leave. Employment for more than 10 years: 4 months of sick leave.
    And surprise-surprise:

    Maternity leave:

    Russia: 36 months.
    Greece: 17 months.

I must say, your labor code have impressed me really. You do have some kind of Socialism in you country.
