    Than wealthy Americans might be willing to tolerate. There are a lot of people in the USA that are one medical emergency away from bankruptcy, I don't think they would be much against increased rationing of something they don't currently have access to...

    Then again, some people are fine with losing benefits if it also means people they don't like also lose them, so what do I know.

    Though Obamacare seems popular among some Republicans once you call it something else.
