What relevance does Hiroshima and Nagasaki have? That generation predates even a fossil like Joe biden. The rest of your post deserves a response as well but for now I'll just say that in your hypothetical scenario I sure as hell would be pissed off as a US citizen if my government responded to your scenario by annexing any portion of Mexico.
