when the west will agree that enough is enough and cut the life wire to ukraine, then there will be a truce

it is of no importance, ukraine, NATO has now so many borders with russia it's not even funny.

however due to its proximity with europe and the importance the west attributes to it, once peace is settled the recontruction phase would be through the roof.


the big question is would democratic insitutions and practices be able to take hold there or would it reverst to a kind of quasie democracy like hungary or poland or where the right wing is slowly taking greece to?

I think it'll be over before the 2024 election season, if its still an issue it helps Trump/RFK. Course he might be taken out by the selective enforcement of the laws by Murder, Inc but that remains to be seen. The leak showed the State Dept predicting no resolution for 2023 and early '24. I dont know if Ukraine can last that long, not without more bodies and Nato aint sending the cavalry. The other countries sharing borders with Russia are small and not armed to the teeth by a Bandera fan club. The USA flooded Ukraine with money and weapons to get this war going, not promote democracy. Ukrainian voters were ignored and that will continue.
