I was under the impression that it was the "Defenestration for Putin's Opponents" campaign promise that carried the day.

Russia's military explained that the annual commemorations of Soviet victory over Nazi Germany in World War Two would not feature military vehicles or cadets due to the "current operational situation".

IIRC in 2024 there was at least a T-34. Should have claimed they're doing an all-stealth-tank parade this year.

Meteora is outworldy, amazing indeed.

Pelion is one of the most beautiful regions of Greece no doubt. Be sure to go to Tsagkarada village too and in wheatever village you find youself order tsipouro (with anice or not - whatever you like) and mezedes. the region is reknowned for those.

Also Pelion has beautiful beaches too on the other side of the mountains where they fade away to the sea.

Really one of the most beautiful places.

Oh. Also, there is a famous cafe that is literally on the side of the mountains and has an amazing view of the region, like if you were on an eagle's nest. I don't remember the name but ask around. It is between two villages (most of which are beautiful anyway)
