  • Is THC legal where you live?

With so few posters I can't be bothered with a formal poll.

So how about it? Is the devil's lettuce legally for sale in your part of the world? I'm talking "recreational" not faux-medical.

    Nationwide in 2018 here.

I understand there's a bill up for serious consideration here.

IIrc you are in one of those semi-southern states with a girly name...?

I mentioned North Carolina to you Sunday. Yes; yes I am.

It's going through a fascist phase right now, but it's no Texas -better bbq, for one thing- and hopefully it's only a phase.

So do the Carolina's have a rivalry going? Always trying to one up one another?

          Which one is better?

From what I read NC has decriminalized it already ($200 fine for up to 1.5 ounces). That's a step toward legalizing. Once the gov realises that the tax revenue is better than the fine revenue they'll make the next step.

Edit - I see 0.5 ounce elsewhere. I'll have to mark you as a "no" in the poll. Condolences.

That would be here, my heimat.

North Carolina had an unfortunate start, between the two most egotistically prosperous states in the new country. Sorta Edith on Downtown Abby, the Other One between the Hot sisters - well, the Yankees fixed THAT real good, burning South Carolina to the ground so hard the whole state's still ruined. Virginia, they've more recently contaminated the entire coast with federal installations so thoroughly that a third of the state ain't one of us no more - I have a college friend from Newport, who couldn't get over the southern hospitality in the bars when he visited me down here in America.

You had to go ask a North Carolina patriot. I don't think there's a rivalry, just SC's our New Jersey; we don't think well of them except they have better beaches.

To be fair, they also have less restrictive firecracker laws, the gasoline is substantially cheaper, and I'm told their public television channel is way better.

-And I've run the table for SC advantages; North Carolina is superior in every. other. conceivable. way. Selah Amen, World Without End.

The word "articulate" is sensitive these days.

I have no idea. There are CBD oil ads on the paper. I don't really pay much attention.
