(I, for my part, would have to make a 1 hour drive over the border of the netherlands in order to buy Cannabis legally, if I desired so (my neighbors, who possess a holiday home in the netherlands, seem to regularly bring Cannabis from their holidays there ... according to the smells that regularly get through my open bedroom window))
