I think Serb is telling the truth about the Coupons as Putin was saying he paid the country's debt in Coupons. They must be a type of currency there besides Rubles.

This probably isn't a useful or particularly accurate characterization of Russian military performance.
When Stalin undermined soviet military defence preparations so as not to undermine the non agression pact with the Nazis, the result was terrible defensive failures early in Barbarossa. The Nazis did not have anything like the numerical or material superiority to expect a successful offensive but they captured or destroyed enormous Soviet formations due to this lack of defensive preparations. A defender who was inhuman on defence probably would have had more success.
On the other hand Soviets had one of the most spectacularly successful large scale offensive operations in history when they attacked the Japanese on the mainland in Aug 1945.
I doubt any ethnicity or nation enjoys any particular military advantage or suffers any military handicap with respect to either offensive or defensive operations

With or without religion, you would have good people doing good things and evil people doing evil things. But for good people to do evil things, that takes religion.
All the big oil services companies are now out of Russia so their oil and gas output is really going to start declining. Especially in the deeper or more technical fields such as in Siberia. That is bad news for China as Siberian gas and oil is a decent slice of their energy mix and China's coal output has been noise diving. The other big problem is going to be food and fertilizer especially in 3rd world countries.
I really hope they can come up with a peaceful compromise to end the Russian invasion otherwise we are going to see food riots in poor countries.
