Hard to call it anything other than a surrender imho. You do have to admit though that they put up quite an effort and kept a lot of Russian troops from deploying elsewhere. Will be interested to watch the developments with them from this point. Political Hot Potato for both sides.

Well, some soldiers managed to defend against insane bombardments for three months and then ran out of food and ammo supplies - that isn't really bad.

That is at least better than an invasion army that until now has lost almost a third of it's capacity without hurting the enemy seriously.
