Once hearing the next debate would be virtual, he has claimed it would be a waste of time, and won't do it.
After the disaster of his last performance, this comes as no surprise. He doesn't need to see his poll numbers drop even more if he debates again.
The White House refuses to disclose the last time he tested positive, and he wants to go out in public.
How about proving you are safe to be around before putting yourself in a situation where you will be putting others at risk.Keep on Civin'
