    Oh, what sad news! My condolences Ming. He was always worth listening to, a steady voice of reason and experience, and a warm presence here. I'll miss him.

          I never met you guys in person but have known you on line since the late 90's.

            Oh this is horrible news! My condolences goes out to Ming and the rest of his family. I'm so sorry to hear this. I enjoyed his contributions and he seemed like a wonderful person.

                  Condolences to you and your family Ming.

                  I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

                      Thank you for all your kind words... they are very helpful in this time of darkness for me.
                      It's also VERY GREAT to see so many posters that we haven't seen in a long time.

                      Can't imagine the depth of a twins relationship. Must be very difficult for you, sorry for what you are suffering. Saw at the thread at CFC that someone brought up a post by Rah where he told the story of how since she was little he always made a city named after his daughter. Struck me as I do the same for both my kids. Our family also suffered a loss recently, a much beloved niece, cousin and dear friend to our kids. Was often here at our house, swimming, playing. It really got under my skin when she was diagnosed with a brain tumor and died a few weeks later. Fourteen years old. Us old farts are supposed to go, not the little ones underfoot. She did ballet and gymnastics, award winning. We comfort ourselves knowing that she lived an exemplary life, loved the Lord, and though we are all sinners we will see her yet. Can't say a word that will help you carry this weight, Ming, but if I could say one I would in an instant. May God bless and ease your pain.
