The Supreme Court just refused to hear the Pennsylvania case.

Note that as of today (or possibly Monday), the only action the Supreme Court could take is to suggest that the House and Senate consider invalidating the election when they meet in January. The past suggests that at least 4 if not 7 of the justices would never do that, as they do not believe it is the place of the Supreme Court.

I do not expect the Supreme Court to agree to hear the Texas case.

I am certain that Roberts and the 3 left leaning Justices would never get involved with directing congress in such a way (no matter the circumstances).

I am fairly sure that some portion of the 3 Justices that Trump selected would never do that either, but I am not certain. It could be all 3 or just 1, even 0 but probably not 0.

I would expect that Alito would be willing to. I am not sure about Thomas, but wouldn't put it past him.

I do not think that even Alito would direct Congress to invalidate the election based on the evidence presented.
