Just learn some basic phrases like hello, thank you, please, you have a nice butt and forget "learning french" in a month

Based on context, a day's worth of Duolingo, and all the Spanish I remember from 20 years go, I'm going with, "It's not possible to learn French in only a month." And sure, of course that's true. But hey, Duolingo's been fun so far.
