Is it fair? Does it make economic sense or is that secondary/not the point?
Is it more of a marketing thing, to get those customers who care about being "fair"? Does it help those which are supposed to get helped by fair trade?
Is it a good idea to put the burden for responsible action (if that 's what it is) on the goodwill of individual customers?
