        The clever ones would do so (which is why it is a good thing to not tell suspects in advance that they are being investigated )
        Fortunately "clever" is a term that is not applicable for a lot of people in orbit around Trump

              Is it, btw. a crime in the USA, to incite people to commit criminal acts?

              If yes, then surely Hannity is guilty of it

                the eMails were deleted 3 weeks after receiving the subpoena and voluntarily handing over thousands of eMails.
                The DOJ had enough time to demand all remaining eMails as well.
                Also the timeline clearly supports her being inocent:

                    No, Proteus and I were mocking Trump incompetence. Neither of our posts can reasonably be construed as claiming Trump did destroy evidence. Proteus' post is in fact claiming they wouldn't destroy evidence (due to being too stupid to see the reason for doing so).

                    Well, I guess from reading Aesons posting it should be clear for virtually everyone, that his story is a humorous story that isn't to be taken literal. But, well, I guess Trumps constant lies have shifted the true/false compass for Trumpists so far, that they cannot distinguish anymore, between storys that are to be taken literal ... and storie that are made up for humorous reasons (and don't have any connection to reality)

                    Germany doesn't snatch crying infants from their mothers in order to put said infants into tiny wire cages, unlike the USA who does it with refugee parents and their children, on orders of Pence

                    Also in germany a policeman cannot just kill a person lying on the ground in cold blood ... and afterwards get away without any punishment

                            Although if they do follow though with said act; Then they will be compared with Hillary. Not exactly something a trump supporter would want......
