The tapes were heard by people both in the WH and the Post. I do not know if you can listen to the tapes, however, Flynn has admitted to both talking to the Russians about retaliation/etc and to lying to the FBI so I am a bit confused about what you believe happened. The question is did Flynn hamper the FBI from doing an investigation. The FBI must be doing a legit investigation. Comey has already admitted that he did something wrong by sending agents to investigate. What were they investigating? The Logan Act?

Yes, they have tapes. In fact Flynn knew that. We have docs that prove that. Why were they asking him questions that they already had the answers to.

If you read the 302 it's obvious that Flynn doesn't remember AND he had many many phone calls during that time period. The FBI had transcripts of all of his conversations. All they had to do is get him to answer something that he didn't remember and call that a lie. That's what you people call a lie? That's what you people approve of by the FBI?
