Based on how often he doesn't read the sources he posts, I would guess...NO

It's discredited in the sense that it is not evidence, since it was funded by the political opposition and not verifiable. Because it was used to get a FISA warrant. The FBI mislead the court to believe that they had verified the dossier.

Have you even read the Steele dossier? I have.

It's not discredited. It's also not about "collusion" - because that wasn't Fusion GPS' assignment.

It's mostly about Russian election influence, the years they spent cultivating Trump, and using Wikileaks to maintain "plausible deniability" when releasing hacked information. It's a lot more about Putin's hatred for Hillary than any love for Trump. The closest thing to a quid quo pro appears to be election support (such as the Wikileaked emails and social media troll farms) in exchange for a promise to end US sanctions related to the Ukraine.

But the only things discredited so far are the whole series of Team Trump denials of various Russian contacts and meetings dating back to summer of 2016. Most of those denials have been proven false by their own admissions.

Oh, and Cohen, Trump's lawyer, filed a libel suit against Buzzfeed for being named in the dossier - apparently based on his claim that he's never been to Prague.

Someone that was involved in the discredited dossier was murdered.
The publication of the infamous dossier resulted in the death of at least one person, a lawyer for opposition research firm Fusion GPS told a Senate committee last year.

The comment, from Fusion GPS lawyer Joshua Levy, was made during an Aug. 22 Senate Judiciary Committee interview with Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson.

A transcript of that interview that was released by committee Democrats on Tuesday shows that Levy instructed Simpson to avoid discussing sources for the dossier because an unidentified person had already been killed over the salacious document.

“It’s a voluntary interview, and in addition to that he wants to be very careful to protect his sources. Somebody’s already been killed as a result of the publication of this dossier and no harm should come to anybody related to this honest work,” Levy told Jason Foster, an investigator for Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley.

DoJ has turned over all documents. For some reason Rosenstein had a meeting with Ryan about it.

Well, Republicans set a deadline for the DoJ and FBI to turn over all requested documents. It's tomorrow. If they don't turn over documents they will be held in contempt of court, ... just like Eric Holder. Of course, Eric Holder is still running around acting like a jack ass.

Hillary should be in jail... But she wont go to jail for her part in lying us into war with Iraq or 'interventions' into Libya and Syria, but it looks like she set up her own server and the Russians hacked into it. My God, how could the Democrats run her for Prez? I hope she does get prosecuted, we put people in jail for pot and she gets away will all that crap? LOCK HER UP!

In contrast to Trumpists, who have no problems with letting their "heroes" (like Trump) get away without any punishment,
liberals usually seek equal treatment for everyone.

Which is why, for example, in those sexual harrasment cases most of the liberals who were accused took consequences, or were pressured by other liberals to take consequences (and qui their positions/jobs).
Totally in contrast the reaction of Trumpists when some of their heroes were accused of sexual harrassment (like Trump or Moore) ...
no word by Trumpists that they should take consequences (and withdraw from candidacy / position) ... instead they were very busy in engaging victim blaming (painting the vitims as liars or women of rather dubious morals) or making up conspiracy theories (as, obviously, if one of their "heroes" is accused, this can only be liberals lies, no matter how many witnesses there are ... in contrast to when a liberal is accused, in which case the accusations always must be true, even if it is just a rumor that someone heard from someone who knew someone that knew someone else, who claimed it happened))
    yup

That's what happens when half of the administration is incompetent and the other half doesn't want to be there.
