Yes, in that study, the people sampled don't believe the allegations. But they only surveyed Republicans in Alabama. What did you expect That's like asking 5 year old's if they believe in Santa Clause
In a nationwide survey of voters, 50% think he should withdraw from the race and only 17% don't find the Washington Post story credible.

Please quote where it says that 54% of voters "believe that the allegations against Moore are false"
It even says...
A majority of Alabama Republican voters (53 percent) say the allegations against Moore are a concern, but that other things matter more. One-third of Republicans say the allegations are not a concern to them.
So again, no surprise that a bunch of Repubs in Alabama don't believe. On a nationwide basis, only 17% don't find the Washington Post story credible.
