You'll never guess it, because the guy is a Soviet too (like all of us are, not matter if we are Armenians or Russians). It's Serj Tankian - the leader and founder of System of a Down. He did a great job with the soundtrack, really. A rare talent, aside of so-called alternative artists, who masturbate on canvas and call that an alternative art.
A true artist, when he goes to an alternative form of art is already a great classic artist.
Like Picasso:

And Serj Tankian with this movie just proved that he is a great classic composer, not a rock one.
