    This war should never have been named the war on terrorism. This is a culture war. If you are only fighting terrorism then you will lose the culture war.

    The US should have secured it's borders after 9-11 not only to make the US safer, which we can argue about because there are valid arguments on both sides, but because the Islamists have advanced their agenda since 9-11. When you look at the culture war, which is the actual war that was declared on the US, the Islamists are winning. Al Qaeda is very happy about how things are going. Killing Osama was a bad goal to set for ourselves.

      it is always interesting to see the multicultural aspect of brussels. you look around at the tram and there are people from everywhere. everybody is minding their business and being polite.

      one thing that I didn't like was how there is no provision for opening the damn windows and it was HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT

                              ​​​​​I don't have anything against particular people, especially that I don't know, and I'm not quick to judge people. If I knew a Muslim like that I would not treat her different, although I would be rightfully suspicious that she might hate Christians and Jews and have other beliefs common with other muslims.

                              But none of that has anything to do with immigration policy and the strategy of Islamists to force the world to submit to Islam.
