    Now I try to pack lunch as you can plan ahead, make sure stuff is healthy, and avoid temptation. I feel better, I look better, and I am happier.
    keep losing weight and your apnea may go away... I was up to about 255 and I'd wake up in the middle of the night suffocating, I'd have to stand up and walk around and wait for my throat to relax before I could breathe. I dropped about 20 lbs and it went away, darndest thing if you ask me
