To fully model such a human (which requires more than the 100 billion neurons but also the microbes and all of the other systems) would require a possibly impossible computer system (and if not impossible, then suitably far future as to be 'distant').
And the discovery that loss functions work well with models but not with humans (or animals) is a crucial insight, which I think you are ignoring.
