Obama went to Congress for authority to attack Syria, Trump opposed him then and now he's blaming Obama for not enforcing a red line. Trump has no shame, he's a despicable person. The only reason I hope he stays in power is because Pence would probably unleash Sessions on a new war on pot and Trump (or his kin) may not be so supportive.

I imagine Obama drew his line hoping the Syrians would show some restraint. They didn't so he went to Congress for the authority to attack Syria. He followed the Constitution, Trump ignored it. Now what exactly is Obama to blame for? The gas attack on his watch? Congress wouldn't give him the authority to attack Syria after they used gas, how was he supposed to get their permission before the gas attack? Probable cause is meaningless without the law, and Congress doesn't have the constitutional authority for your drug war. How is a DUI checkpoint probable cause? I'd argue DUI checkpoints are unconstitutional because they are not based on probable cause, but since I dont own the public roads I cant claim a right to drive drunk. You've just equated driving drunk on govt roads to your own body, seems rather communistic, there Kid.
