They are the real people that every sane person knows needs to be locked up.
Protesting is a constitutionally protected right. Why do you hate America?

Blocking people from attending the inaguation and so forth is not a constitutional right, and it's the kind of thing that scares people into trying to get you locked up.

The Secret Service say they are looking into it. It would be the US Attorney’s office who would choose whether to prosecute. I find it rather unlikely given the context of the full quote.

"I’m angry. Yes, I am outraged. Yes, I have thought an awful lot about blowing up the White House. But I know that this won’t change anything. We cannot fall into despair. As the poet W. H. Auden once wrote on the eve of World War Two, “We must love one another or die.” I choose love. Are you with me? Say this with me: We choose love!…We choose love!…We choose love!"

Those who were violent were arrested. The vast, vast majority of protesters were not arrested, nor should they be.

Not true. It doesn't work like that. That's like saying that everyone who steals gets arrested. I keep hearing liberals saying that everyone who rioted got arrested. No.

              • If you can't prove a specific person was breaking the law then you can't arrest them.

You just want to arrest protesters without evidence to support the arrest. That is unconstitutional.

I'm not suggesting that they will get arrested. I'm saying that people will want them to be arrested so they will not vote for dems.

                    • I am luckily insane, and think non-violent protesters do not need to be locked up.

The problem is that they are protesting because they lost the election. That's not normal.

I think that they should be watched closely to see what laws they break.
