I'm just a guy making a ton of money who is interested in investing that money in local communities, providing jobs to people who might otherwise have a problem finding one. Everyone is worth something. I know because I am able to find the value and help people do what they want to do.

I'm simply an investor who wants to help talented people achieve their dreams. If you are an artist and just need to work without worrying about life, I'll give you everything you need. You don't have to pay a single bill. Live in our space. We have many cities to choose from. Use our equipment and tools. We have so much to choose from. Use our amenities. Want to game on three 70 inch 4k screens running an ultrawide resolution? Use our stuff. Need a ride? Drive our vehicles. Need a meal? Someone will be around to provide a healthy, low cost, home cooked meal.

Need your bills paid? What bills? Use our cell phones. Plug in your devices anywhere you need. Don't worry about that power bill. We're an energy company too.
