Who (besides you) can claim to understand the ineffable whims of God? Seriously, you claim that God is an omnipotent omniscient omnipresent entity and yet you also claim that your sub-par human mind can somehow comprehend God
I believe in mathematical proofs. Does that answer your question?

When did I say that I can comprehend God with my mind? You suggested that God created a world with all false religions. I simply asked why.

Because we just don't know. And anyone that thinks they do, is just fooling themselves.
It's almost as if all his overconfident, absolutist assertions were spoonfed to him by a trusted website or subreddit. Sheeple

Why would you ask "why" questions about an incomprehensible entity such as God unless you claimed to be able to comprehend him? I could literally come up with any answer at all and you would have no way to dispute it. How about, "God creates false religions because he enjoys sending people to hell." Or "All religions are false because humans cannot comprehend the truth." Or "All religions are false because Banana."

I'm asking you why you asked that question if you don't know and you aren't going to know.

I have no reason to doubt mathematical proofs. It's usefull to believe in them. I don't want to waste my time doubting them.

I can dispute your assertion. Now please just answer my question.

Okay, all religions are false because humans cannot understand The Truth. Dispute away.

Every human understanding of religion is false because humans cannot understand The Truth.

Can't God make humans who believe the truth without understanding it?

                      No

Or rather, "yes," because God can do anything, but in this case he chooses not to do this because it would violate free or whatever

As someone who is agnostic to a varying degree on many subjects I can answer the OPs question with a resounding, "I'm not sure why another individual would do such a thing, but if I was the one doing it I would probably be doing it for ****s and giggles."

The questions that don't have well-defined answers are usually far more interesting than the questions with well-defined answers

"What does 2 plus 2 equal?"
                          "4"
                          "Okay"

                          vs.

                          "Does God exist?"
                          "I don't know"
                          "Okay"

How would it violate free will? You're still choosing what to believe, but with God's help. Actually if you only believe what you understand that's not free will at all.

If somebody "chose to believe" something without any understanding of it simply to please God then they're obviously just blowing smoke up God's ass because that's not how belief actually works. It only counts if you have some semblance of an understanding of what you believe in.

God: What is your favorite food?
                              Kidicious: Hamburgers
God: If you change your favorite food to "asparagus" then I will reward you, otherwise I will punish you
Kidicious: Okay, my favorite food is asparagus

Obviously you'd be lying to God if you "chose to believe" that your favorite food is asparagus, because you can't spontaneously modify your taste buds like that. Likewise if you "chose to believe" something in a feeble attempt to trick God then he's not going to be happy with you. (Incidentally, this is why Pascal's Wager is horse****)

Not much of a chance of being right when it comes to religion.
It occurs to me that both Hinduism and Shinto could be right simultaneously.
