Yeah, but I honestly don't know if my being half-Jew is why that's true.

You're only half circumcised? That's got to be awkward...

            We finished putting our's up.
Fortunately we don't try to win the neighborhood lights challenge like we used to.
We've gotten more sedate in our old age. (probably just more lazy)

I'm a creature of the shadow.
I don't celebrate the return of the light, I celebrate the return of the shade.
I don't put lights in winter, I put umbrellas, sunshades and shutters in summer.

Well, the doctors didn't really know what to do with the second one.

What did you put it up?
No, I did not steal that from somebody on Something Awful.

Mrs Horse is very fearful I am turning into that person, some of the neighbours look worried too.

My son came in last night and accused me of turning into Pop, my father, who could give Clarke Griswald a run for his money (depression child - did it tough - the folks who have been through hard times get into the spirit of the season).

Every night my Grinch son comes home from the liquor store where he works and another string of lights has gone up this week. It amuses me no end. I said yes - I am turning into my Dad and there is nothing wrong with that.

But the three little kids across the road like it, I heard them commenting on our pretty lights last night, it's for them right....and today I got another string because they were on special....excellent value for money....
Any views I may express here are personal and certainly do not in any way reflect the views of my employer. Tis the rising of the moon..

Look, I just don't anymore, okay?

i haven't put anything up. christmas in the southern hemisphere is still strange to me. everything is tinsel, pine trees, snow, reindeer, father christmas in his thick red and white coat, etc.; except, of course, it's 40 ****ing degrees outside.

Another failure by that wimp Carter.

Real water boils at 212 degrees, but socialist water boils at 100.
