Since I need to repeat myself, the fact that a hospital was hit doesn't mean that a war crime was committed. Some people are waiting for the investigation to be completed. You are not one of them since you have claimed that this is a war crime. So I guess if I'm crying, then I'm doing so because you are a one trick pony.

It fits the criteria of a war crime. The evidence we've seen so far (the hospital informing the US/Afghan authorities not only of their location, but also that they were being attacked, and the attack continuing regardless) points to it being a war crime. There is probably a possibility that this was a total accident, but the continuation of the attack after warnings had been sent point to negligence being involved.

You don't get to commit war crimes and then go 'oops my bad', I'm struggling to see any scenario where at least someone on the US side isn't prosecuted for these events. The investigation is more about finding out who and how high up it goes.

There is no conspiracy idiot. As for who called the strike, it doesn't matter a damn if the US are the ones actually carrying out the strike. Especially as they were supposedly directly informed about the hospital being hit and yet still continued.
