Under the Geneva Convention, a hospital cannot be targeted without being given prior warning. This did not happen therefore the attack was wrong.

Not to forget that further people will die because of it.
The hospital in Kunduz was, according to MSF, the only hospital in the region.

With the loss of the hospital and its medical infrastructure MSF has announced that it will withdraw from the region (among others because there is no way to replace this loss in infrastructure and staff in a short time).
So further people in this region will die because of wounds or diseases that could have been treated in the hospital.
