I know minorities get screwed over every day, but so do rural and poor people of every race. America may be a very racist, but first and foremost we are an urban centered plutocracy. It's better to be a billionaire along with being a minority than to be poor and white.

Actually, what you said here is a good point that actually reinforces my argument. If this is going to affect people's right to vote, it will not only affect blacks in the counties where DMV offices are being closed, but rural people, and the poor. So it could be an even bigger problem than how I originally described it.
