What have you learnt from Poly OT?

Posting on Apolyton has helped me realize that I am fortunate in many ways: unlike many posters here, for example, I'm not completely retarded, know how to use emoticons , and am relatively wealthy.

This thread is inspired by Wiggy who has set, in another thread, what he has learnt from us.

I don't think I have learnt anything, perhaps I am completely retarded.
