              • er?? ??

                Ok, as I was saying,

that corbyn IS the next british PM.

It is a natural selection process that starts when both left and right wing produce an amalgam incapable of dealing with the modern challenges.

That's when socialism comes back en force in all countries (granted with some lag, or in rare cases they go the other way)

Corbyn, unweighted down by past "crimes" of the established political quo and using radically rational speech will skyrocket in power smiling.

                  • The next British election seems to be a long way off so it seems a little hasty to start predicting the winner.

edit: if you're given a popup message that asks whether you want to leave the page or stay on page, pick stay on page.

The problem I see is that rich and poor are the same. If you take a poor person and make him rich and powerful he will do the same as the one who was born that way. So why not vote for lower taxes?

                          "next" ?

                          • Yes next.
                            Podemos will make astonishing advances.

And bare in mind that even now that europe is under the crushing heel of neoliberal tectonic paranoia, true left wing parties CAN make a difference, in the limited life time the EU has.

It also functions to create critical mass that will eventually turn the tide like moses commanding the seas to part

As proud partaker of the new left I can grudgily accept that old fashioned socialist parties still retain some semblance of differentiation and solidarity amongst them.

It's not enough and it's outpassed, but oh well.

                            • Besides Greece, who was "previous" ?

And in Greece, well let's see what happens when you are forced to balance your budget, either in or outside the EU...

                              • Yes Greece was the first to make a continental shift due to EU's pathetic surrendering to irrational politics.

You are gravely mistaken if you think Greece it's a question of balancing its budget, it was ballanced, it is now unbalanced, it will be balanced again and that will solve nothing.

Same with Spain and its "succesful" reutrn to growth.

The cogs have taken motion and there's no stopping now.
